Not at all. Most adults who join our Jiu-Jitsu program are beginners. Our coaches walk you through every step and help you build skill and confidence at your own pace.
If you don’t have a Gi yet, wear comfortable workout clothes like shorts and a fitted t-shirt or rash guard. We’ll help you with the rest when you get here.
