Do I need experience to join?

Not at all! Most of our members started as complete beginners. You’ll learn proper form, combinations, and footwork step-by-step — all in a supportive, high-energy class that moves at your pace.

What should I bring to my first class?

Wear comfortable workout clothes and sneakers. Bring a water bottle — and your energy! We’ll provide gloves or gear for your first session, and you can decide later if you’d like your own.

How long are the kickboxing classes?

Each class runs about 60 minutes. Expect a full-body workout with a mix of bag drills, pad work, and cardio intervals that leave you feeling strong and refreshed.

Are the classes good for beginners or just advanced students?

They’re perfect for everyone. You’ll work alongside others at different levels, and our instructors help you scale each workout so you’re challenged but never overwhelmed.

Do you offer classes for women only?

Yes! We host a women’s-only Muay Thai class every Thursday at 6 PM, along with pop-up women’s self-defense and BJJ sessions throughout the year.
